Build your team to start managing client assignments
Step-by-Step Invitation Process:
- 1Go to Dashboard
Click the "Dashboard" tab next to this app preview
- 2Find "Users" in left sidebar
Look for the Users section (not under Data)
- 3Click "Invite User"
Enter their email address
- 4Set their role as "stylist"
⚠️ This is crucial - make sure salon_role is set to "stylist"
- 5Send invitation
They'll receive an email with login instructions
Once Stylists are Added:
- ✓ They'll appear in this "Manage Stylists" page
- ✓ You can assign clients to them from "Client Submissions"
- ✓ They can log in to see their assigned clients
Common solutions for login issues
Check These Common Issues:
- Verify the invitation was sent:
Go to Dashboard → Users and confirm the stylist appears in the user list
- Check their email for invitation:
They should have received an email with a "Set Password" or "Accept Invitation" link
- Verify salon_role is set to "stylist":
In Dashboard → Users, make sure their role shows "stylist"
- Try re-sending the invitation:
Delete and re-invite the user if the first invitation didn't work
- Check spam folder:
Invitation emails sometimes end up in spam/junk folders
